"We always thoroughly enjoy our stay at the Pomeroy. We won’t stay anywhere else; however, this time we didn’t appreciate the front desk person phoning us and reminding us of the check out time as we were making our way down to check out. We stayed many times now and we know when check out is. "

"My family had a great time at this hotel. The food was great, hotel was one of the best hotel o stayed in. Staff was amazing, especially Linda. She went the extra mile for my family - it was late, we needed to wash our dirty clothes, there were machines already used up, so we had to wait, Linda offered to take our laundry to her staff laundry for us, and end up washing and drying it for us. I offered her a tip, and she politely decline, which was a different experience I never had before. She save me allot of time as it was already midnight and I was very tired. Thank you Linda."

"This is a best western not a plus and was better than a lot of the best western plus's that we have stayed at. Breakfast was awesome - real bacon and choices of eggs etc. It was very good!"
