"I booked 2 double bed 1 room. On our arrival we got a very tiny room which was very dirty and not the one I booked. When I have asked the front desk staff, he said he'll cancel my booking and rudely replied that go back to your country. it was 9:30 at night. With two kids I was helpless even though I have paid the full amount for the room more than 2 weeks back. I was very shocked and disappointed. "Very bad place to stay. Customer service is Very bad. They rip you off asking more money even after a making a reservation online. They don't have water to drink and if we ask for water, it takes more than an hour. They don't have AC working. They don't provide free breakfast even after advertising in online. They charge for it and falsely advertised it online. Expedia should take it out from their list. They ask for cash for everything and don't give you receipt so there is no proof of anything...
