"When we first arrived at the hotel the older man that assisted us was very rude. He actually said we came there to eat his brains in Hindi. He didn’t know that we spoke the language and understood what he said. They put us up in a different tower separate from the actual building where the hot water wasn’t working and there was no phone we could use to call them either. "The location was close to lilavati hospital which was very convenient for me and family. The staff and all of reception were polite and accommodating. The food at their restaurant was nice, a bit inconsistent, and the view from the restaurant terrace was excellent. Overall the room was old, had a smell and paint peeling off various parts. The rooms, lobby is in need of an update. "
