"Communication with host was excellent.We chose to hire bedding and the beds were made up for us in advance which was very helpful.The caravan was very clean, you could smell the freshness when you walked in.The van was easy to find and is in a lovely quiet corner. Not overlooked and felt very private. The people who own the van next door were very friendly and welcoming.The beds were comfortable and I am really fussy about this so it was a pleasant surprise for me.We were provided with phone numbers to call if there were any problems. We reported a lightbulb not working in the bathroom and it was replaced very quickly. There is a nice little garden with table and seating. It is a shame we didn’t get chance to use it because it rained every day, Even though there is a club, playground and pool, we found the site very peaceful. Some things in the van were a little dated which is why I have given 4 stars rather than 5. However overall it was a pleasant place to stay."

"Older caravan, but priced accordingly so expected it. Was worn in places and wouldn't like to stay in winter as only air heaters under the wardrobes, no central heating. But for a summer stay it was a comfortable base."

"We stayed for 4 nights in May half term. Used the site as a base to explore. Caravan was reasonable price for 3 of us. It was very clean. Reception were helpful when we didn’t have linen on the beds. Sorted immediately.There was a big bar and restaurant with nightly entertainment. We didn’t go but typically we would. We were very busy and got back too late to go.Location is quiet. In the middle of a housing neighbourhood but 10 min walk to beach and amusements, which we loved.There was also an outdoor pool and terrace which wasn’t open when we stayed but opens in June. Shame because that would have been a fantastic addition for our stay on the days the weather was good enough. If we were exploring the area again we would definitely return."
