"No amenities in the room like every other hotel we go to has. Apparently a dog friendly hotel. Dogs were barking until 2AM! When my son went to complain the person on duty acted as if they didn’t speak English. A police officer who was for whatever reason in the lobby - was as stunned as my son was. Was also saying he could hear the dogs. They did nothing. We booked the hotel for the pool because my 7 y/o grandson was with us. Pool didn’t work the entire time we were there for the week."

"Highly recommend this place for the Beverly Hillbillies. For what I paid, this was a massive ripoff. Although it was clean, I had a chair leaned up against my door, fearful of the level of clientele. The door had no safety features. There were no rugs in the entire room. The check in person was sweet. Actually, she was the best feature of this property. It took me twenty minutes to locate the motel, and when I got there I knew immediately that I was in big trouble. If I hadn’t prepaid via Expedia, I wouldn’t have gotten out of there as fast as I could. Highly do not recommend this place. I compare my stay as booking a room at Motel 8, for $79.99. At $169….shame on you."

"The room was very nice as was the property. The staff was great until I realized I had left something behind. I call the evening that I had checked out and was told they had to talk to housekeeping and would call me around 10 thr next morning. Well I have called several times and was told they didn't check with housekeeping yet and then it was they hadn't found anything yet, we're talking about a full size pillow in a teal green pillow case, not like it blends in. When I asked to speak to a manager I was told there wasn't one at the time. Im not looking for any special favors here, my brother lives 1/2 mile down the road and will come pick it Don't understand how it can't be found. Can't imagine someone wanting someone else's pillow. They told me they hold on to items so where's my pillow! Might sound silly to some but it's not to me."

"Room ac didn’t work well. Had a dog smell in the room. Middle dryer doesn’t dry clothes. Had to move them after the cycle to another dryer because they were still wet. Had to ask for towels because we only had 3 for 5 staying in the suite. $3.47 overnight for parking is a bit odd."

"The lobby of the hotel was fine and people were nice, but our room was a dump! The latch on the door was very loose, and door wouldn’t close on its own like most hotel doors. Thermostat on wall was barely hanging on, the towel rack was loose, bathtub had been resealed apparently, and the white sealant was coming off of the tub. The pool was broken, along with one of the elevators. To the hotels credit, they did offer us two different rooms, both down by the broken elevator."
