"We stayed here twice during our trips. The pillows were really flat. The water was filled on the first night, but not on the 2nd night. The free breakfast was okay. Quality was not up to standard. I would not recommend anyone to stay here. Half the building was under construction. When booking, it did not state that. Disappointed. "

"Convenient location and parking, friendly staff, quite a bit of construction and signs around. One elevator not working. Rooms were spacious and clean. I was very excited to see the pool, but it was odd shaped, and there were no lap swimming more like a dipping pool. I would probably not stay again, as there are better hotels in the area."

"Everything was perfect with the stay. Room needed a few TLC, but nothing crazy. Would definitely stay here again!!"

"While the staff was absolutely great, hotel was clean-the only way to take a shower was to go to the pool. We literally had to wait 15 minutes for hot water and when I called front dest we were told to wait longer. Aftet 30 minutes, the water was barely lukewarm so my child couldn't shower."

"It was very conveniently located to our family. We took UBER & LYFT everywhere we went and that was quick, also. The bar was fun on the weekend. "

"The room had a broken self on there stand which I was blamed for , when I didn’t know I had to report something that was already there. I went to class the day after my reservation and when I came back all my things were missing from the room an they threw away all my food and water because the had an issue with their system and didn’t see my full reservation. The two women at the front desk were rude and demeaning to me when I showed them multiple times my full reservation. Then they proceeded to cancel/not honor my reservation because of their negligence an I was left stranded with all my things after class in the cold to find where else I will go. I received a package that was delivered to the front desk and it’s also being withheld from me since I left there. The whole ordeal was demoralizing and disrespectful. I need my whole refund back for my stay there for the inconvenience an having to change my hotel room a buy all new things that were stolen from me by staffs. My name and contact info were part of my reservation and I should have been made aware and I wasn’t and I was met with rudeness. I need my money back now ! "
