Everything was nice about the hotel. Only complaint would be the waterpark and arcade are only open weekends so my kids were super disappointed. Food at the bar was as expected for a hotel. Cleaning service went above and beyond everyday to do something special with my daughters toys and blanket
Staff was helpful on checking and room was clean. Parking was confusing as it had use their QR code to pay for Parking and parking was a distance from the room. Breakfast was enjoyable and reasonably priced.
The rooms were very clean but it had a slightly odd smell. The staff were so sweet and we were offered an umbrella when the weather got dreary. It was a little confusing to find the pool. It was a lovely stay.
This is a heat spot if you want to stay near Salem on a budget. The only thing is check in is at 4 not 3 and once you check in you also have to pay 11 dollars for parking which for a hotel is kind of ridiculous. The staff was super friendly and helpful so for them I would give 5 star. It also was sad the water park wasn’t working or arcade’s.
Staff was very nice, however there were shortcomings the arcade and stuff closes earlier than they say it does, they are charging for a breakfast that at most hotels are free, our so called family suite was terrible mold on the ceiling, tub paint peeling and leaked then call housekeeping for clean towels and it took over an hour to get them.also this is not that close to salem I wouldn't recommend
The room was clean and the bed was very comfortable. Check in is very late at 4:00pm. Parking is very far. Be prepared for a long walk. Also, room has no USB charging ports so remember to bring a wall plug.
