"Just a wonderful experience"

"Clean rooms"

"We had a good stay. Staff was amazing but the tub in the room wasn’t really clean had hair and the stopper was broken so had to use a washcloth to hold the stopper up not to collect water. The pull out sofa was uncomfortable and the blanket provided to go with it was not sufficient as my son was still cold. The heat stopped working on our last night there. The bistro and bar in the lobby were a plus and the kids enjoyed the pool!"

"This is a great and modern property, unfortunately during my stay the elevator was not working"

"Excellent customer service, lovely rooms"

"Really liked that in the evenings there was plastic ware, paper plates and napkins out available for use. So helpful if we brought a pizza back for supper. Hot coffee available 24/7."

"Staff was friendly, the food was really good and it was super clean."

"2nd time we’ve stayed here. You may have to park a few blocks away, but it’s a beautiful little place with lots of charm and friendly staff! 💕"

"I came down in the morning at 8 am, and: THERE WAS NOT ANY COFFEE! THERE WAS NOT ANY JUICES! THERE WAS NOT ANY YOGURTS! THERE WAS NOT ANY BAGELS! PRETTY MUCH -- THERE WAS ANY FOOD!!!! And when complain was made to the front desk, they response: "Ok"!! ELEVATOR: MY ROOM WAS ON THE 4TH FLOOR, AND I DECIDED TO TAKE ELEVATOR! Elevator stopped on each and every floor! Fine. BUT: WHEN IT FINALLY GOT TO THE FIRST FLOOR: IT STOPPED FOR A MOMENT AND **IMMEDIATELY** WENT UP. THIS TIME IT STOPPED ON...

"Odd lay out with elevators in the back of property. Everything in halls looked dingy and older. Just not the general Hampton Inn set up. Bathroom was also strange with a semi-circle counterspace next to toilet. Closet was next to bed. Overall, everything was fine otherwise! Breakfast staff was a super sweet lady who went out of her way to be helpful. Good area for grabbing food."

"The decor was creative, no refrigerator. The breakfast items were good. The oatmeal was freezing cold which might be a left over from previous morning."
