"Staff behaviour not good"

"Toilet surface had dirt and looked like not properly cleaned. Bathroom did not look clean. The towel provided had spots and did not look like it was cleaned properly. The overall experience was just terrible and do not plan to ever stay in any of the OYO properties!!"
