"We stay at this hotel quite a few times as it is convenient and reasonably priced. Unfortunately this time we had a room that had an underlying smell, of which we couldn't work out what it was, also the shower pressure wasn't great. Otherwise the room was great."

While some of the reviews mentioned noise in some of the suites, we only heard guests downstairs when we were in the bathroom and then only in the afternoon. It was quiet in the evening / night. It was a great place to stay after a 5,000 mile trip from the Western US and recover from jet lag before going on to meet friends and family elsewhere in the UK. (It’s about a hour from Heathrow).
