"Everything was lovely apart from the very hard pillows. I know everyone likes different pillows but an option of softer ones would be much appreciated. "

"Comfy and clean. The staff were generally very friendly and helpful the only two small things that could be better were the tv controller didn't work properly and there was no USB charging sockets so i had to ask reception to charge my phone (who were more than willing). "
