"We have stayed in this hotel several times now, and enjoy it everytime. The location is great with alot rooms looking out to the prom/sea. The bar is relaxed and great value for drinks. The hotel is within walking distance to the pier, the great orme and the town centre and a retail park."

"The hotel is amazing and we have stayed here previously, but the bar staff were very few on this occasion. We waited a considerable time before being served, which we thought might be because we had been in the terrace bar earlier in the day. However, later that evening, we sat in the main bar and waited around 15 minutes; frustrated at staff not seeming to want to even approach us we decided to leave and go to our room. "
