"The hotel is at an excellent location although the decor is a bit dated. The room is big with a balcony overlooking the famous Shirahama beach. The hotel staff were the most helpful. The lady staff was in the phone with various parties to help us sort out our punctured tire on the day we checked out. Sorry I didn’t get her name but she was the only female staff there on the morning of 3 Nov 2023. Thank you so much!"

"A truly fantastic place to stay. I ended up getting a reservation here last minute after the accommodations I had booked were a little questionable. This place was a great decision. The check-in was smooth, and they worked with me and my choppy Japanese. The room was fantastic, spacious and had a great view. The onsen was very clean and relaxing. "Perfect for an early flight. The staff are very polite, friendly and helpful. The room was spacious and clean with a great selection of amenities provided. The terminal is a short walk from the hotel. For ease and convenience, this hotel was ideal. Excellent value for money. "
