"電車好きの子供の為に予約しました。鉄ヲタにとって、こんなに最高の宿は無い！唯一無二のホテルだと思います。幼児が1人追加になる事や、チェックインが夜遅くになる事等、事前にいくつか質問しましたが、ご丁寧に対応いただきました。今回、高野の部屋に家族で泊まりました。部屋の中には、駅員さんの格好ができる制服と帽子があり、それを身につけ、トイレのドア（本物の電車のドアが使われています）を開け、車掌さんごっこをして遊びました。部屋の中は広くて綺麗でした。古さもありますが、そのレトロさがまたとても良い！！洗面所とお風呂は現代風で、清潔感があります。子供たちは、電車が来る度、改札口まで行き、ずっと電車を眺めていました。周りに何も無いですが、ただひたすら電車に没頭できるので、それもまた良いいなと思いました。"

"Ein überraschend gutes Hotel. Von Außen dachten wir, dass es ein wenig älter sei. Aber das Gegenteil war der Fall, als wir eingecheckt haben. Englisch war kein Problem. Und super unkompliziert. Und sehr modern ausgestattet. Das Personal war sehr herzlich und zuvorkommend. Die Zimmer sind modern und sehr ordentlich. Die Betten sind groß und bequem. Uns hat’s sehr gut gefallen."

"スタッフさんの対応がとても良かったです！サービスで焼き芋を頂きました。久しぶりに本物の焼き芋を頂きました。美味しかったのです。私は手首を負傷しており、ずっと調子が悪かったのですが、温泉に浸かった効果なのか、手首の痛みがなおりました！！これには感動しました。 朝食のバイキングもSNSで見た通りとても豪華で美味しかったです(^^) 子供達も気に入っており、また行きたいと言っていました。お部屋にゲームボーイがあったり、ドリンクバーも利用でき、喜んでいました。 全体的にお風呂とお部屋の掃除が行き届いていないと思いましたので、マイナス1とさせて頂きますが、また利用したいと思います。ありがとうございました。 "

"Stale old place that doesn’t live up. Breakfast consisted of persimmon-hushing from a store tossed at the table the night before. Cold water and a tiny toilet only. The onsen „experience“ was a 20 min drive away, how relaxing is that. Needless to say, I did not stay at this dump. I booked a hotel close by for the same price, it was excellent and delivered an amazing breakfast too, besides having an in-House onsen"
