"I received a shaky greeting when I checked in at the hotel with the associate barking at me that I was too close to the reception desk and to back away until she was ready to help me. But the actual hotel accommodations were perfect for our stay."

"Really enjoyed our 4 nights at the hotel. John at the front desk was accommodating and one of the nicest people I’ve ever met. Very welcoming. The room was nice and the view of the ocean was amazing. Indoor and outdoor pool with hot tub was great and surf club has great food which is right at the hotel facing the beach. "

"The property was dirty. Multiple things were broken ALL weekend. Complimentary Coffee/Tea in Lobby Breakfast was dull - butter was expired, not much offered The plastic furniture was tacky!, Dirty! & Cracked! Our tub was stained, Holes in the shower walls Hug lump in the floor near the balcony door The peel n stick flooring was falling apart and uneven When we checked out, the woman at the desk was talking on her cell phone and seemed annoyed when I was trying to get her attention. "The staff were great, easy check in. Of course the beach. Then I found the large grocery store 3 blocks away. "

"From our checkin with Ahnesti, she is amazing btw! Super friendly and helpful explaining everything and getting us in our room. The room was incredible! Great view, bed was so comfortable, shower was huge. The Belvedere Coffee shop in the hotel and everyone there were equally fantastic. Food was great and consistent everyday. The coffee was from a local company and was delicious! Our son is active duty Navy stationed there and our go to hotel is Moxy! Thank you all for an incredible stay"
