"We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Haven on the Park in Highgate, Perth. The accommodation was exceptional (in a wonderful suburb) and we were given many useful ideas for dining, day trips, public transport options (excellent train service to both the CBD and Fremantle). We would not hesitate to book a suite at this venue for future stays in Perth. This is certainly a property with class and style and our every need was met. "

"The room was a good size, the spa was awesome, damage on a wall in the toilet needs to be repaired, there was no sugar sachets with the tea & coffee. I rang the reception about 6.15pm with no answer. I rang for about 5 minutes on both numbers from phone in room then from my mobile but no answer. I just needed to know how to set the tv. "

"Checking in the apartment was a hazzle. No check-in instructions until we requested. We arrived around 4pm, but no real person to greet us. When we received the set of instructions, it felt like a treasure hunt from that point onwards. From one lockbox to another coded mailbox. When we got to the lockbox, it was empty. Had to call and waited for another 30minutes out in the cold. No heater in one of the bedrooms. No hangers in the wardrobe. The bed was too soft. Location is ok. Carpark is big."

"The property was quiet and peaceful, and the staff I had contact with could not have been more helpful and pleasant. My only complaint with my room (room 003) was that the reading lamp alongside the bed did not work, the handbasin in the bathroom took a LONG time to drain, and the coffee cups in the kitchen cupboard needed a good clean. (One is now very clean - I washed it) Housekeeping should check these every day."
