A very comfortable stay in the spacious and well equipped studio. Oaks is centrally located in Perth only 5 minutes walk from the train station and easy walking distance to most tourist attractions. Very good buffet breakfast with hot and cold options.

The hotel was well located opposite Raine Square, so it was walkable to numerous restaurants and bars. The room was spacious with a comfortable bed and a kettle, with tea bags, but no hot chocolate. Breakfast was simple.

We enjoyed the Oaks Hotel Perth. The rooms were large even though it was a standard room. The bed was reasonable, and rest of the furniture was in good condition. One pleasant surprise was that the hotel room price included a full breakfast. It is well located hotel close to the Murray and Hay Streets malls. We would stay there again.

Old property, even in renovated rooms carpet hasn’t been replaced and has marks and stains. One level smells like sewerage, beds and pillows not great quality. Most room rates don’t include servicing. Much better options at same price point
