"The location of the Sheraton was terrific except for the fact that a marathon was being run on the access road to the hotel on the day we had to leave for Valparaiso and did not know this ahead of time. We had to allow extra time as all the traffic was rerouted away from the main throughfare, had to take a golf cart then drag our luggage across the race route to get to the taxi. The hotel is looking its age, needs a revamp to get rid of old battered fruniture and replace carpets Yhe indoor pool...

"Clean room, comfortable bed, fantastic views. The pool was very nice and we very much enjoyed the jacuzzi. Most of the staff was very friendly. They were over 40 minutes late both days with breakfast which was included with our stay. There was also a problem with being overcharged by the hotel but it was resolved quickly."

"The hotel can not be reached by car(Uber) as they have to stop as the end of the road it’s a pedestrian road, so you have to take your cases down the end of the road which was fine for us but if you are less mobile this hotel would not be good for you as it has no lift. The benefits outweigh the positives , great views from rooftop bar and restaurant; very clean and staff friendly. I would suggest you use Uber , it’s easy and a lot cheaper than the hotel booking you a taxis to the cruise port. "

"Stayed 3 nights and went on tour of Vina del Mar and Valparaiso suggested by hotel which was very good and reasonbly priced. Lots of action on the beach in the afternoon when the fog lifts off."

"Nice hotel choice just couple blocks from ocean. This was a great location for walking to local restaurants and front desk people were very friendly and helpful with our questions. They served a nice breakfast in the morning. They have limited secured parking on site, but there are several surrounding streets where overnight parking was allowed. "

Lovely hotel in great location in beautiful city
"This is an excellent location of the city in a very beautiful city. Our room had an excellent terrace with a view. It is a shared terrace with the next room, but it was private since nobody was occupying the other room. The staff at the front desk and the restaurant downstairs were very friendly. The complimentary breakfast is sumptuous. The beds are very comfortable and entire facility is very clean and well maintained. Only thing they should add to their description is the location being next to the ascensor Concepcion. It is a great way to go up and down the hills, especially with luggage. First day, not knowing it, we used the stairs and uphill slopes to reach the hotel from the bus stop. "
