"The hotel infrastructure, location and rooms are excellent. The staff is very friendly but a bit cumbersome to deal with. The only weak points are in the bathroom, as the shower and faucet controls are rather worn and rusty. They should be renewed."

"The staff at this hotel (like all staff we met in Chile) was stellar - helpful and friendly, super eager to solve any issue that came up or help us figure out how to get where we needed to go. The location is great and the hotel itself is cute. Our biggest complaint was the lack of ANY mechanism in the room to hang clothes. There were no hooks, no closet, nothing - we ended up fashioning a makeshift system to hang things so our stuff wasn't in a pile on the floor (there weren't even suitcase...
