"Staff was remarkable. Had a slight problem and the manager personally took it upon herself to meet with us and go above and beyond to help us and to make things right. I would definitely recommend this hotel if your are staying in Tangier. All staff always greeted you with a smile. Doorman went out of his way to find us a ride to a local spot. One of the best hotels we have ever stayed at. "

We also booked the driver to pick us up from Tangier Med (which is much further than the port/marina in Tangier itself and it was great and the driver really good and friendly but just be aware of the distance). Staff amazing, helpful and friendly and the restaurant lovely. When we arrived, we sat in a lovely little seating area and were given tea."

"The staff was amazing, especially the Front Desk and the breakfast team, but also the security and housekeeping teams. I especially would like to mention Tawfik and Claire from the restaurant staff that helped me during breakfast. They were super attentive, very efficient and friendly. They realized I was not feeling well, and had a very soar throat, they did everything to make me get better. As someone who works in customer service for nearly 20 years, their level of care was amazing, and very genuine. They are great assets for the hotel."
