Everything about the hotel was awesome! They were so hospitable and eager to make the stay pleasant. The breakfast spread was enormous. Lots of variety. Traditional Moroccan choices and also some western options. Fresh juices, hot drink options.

Breakfast was excellent. I very much liked the traditional Moroccan breakfast items. They were fresh and tasty. The room was super clean and comfortable. The only little issue was that I had to wait too long for my room to be ready after checking.

I had breakfast this morning in the cafeteria of Hotel El Toro, and it was an excellent experience. The staff were exceptionally polite and attentive, making sure I had everything I needed. I was very satisfied with the service and will definitely return to this hotel in the future. I would like to give special thanks to Mr. Abdanabi and Ms. Ouiame for their outstanding hospitality. I also appreciate the professionalism of Adnan, the manager, as well as Bilal at the front desk. They all contributed to making my stay enjoyable.

Hotel El Toro gave an excellent customer service! My booking was cancelled in error by a third party, the mistake was resolved quickly from the reception staffs. They even gave free room upgrade plus free breakfast for this inconvenience:)) service was swift and superb:))

The staff are very courteous and helpful. They also speak multiple languages. The room was very clean and comfortable. The included breakfast is also one of the best I have ever seen in a hotel. Parking, while not included, was not difficult to find. It is also located close to everything. I highly recommend this hotel.

This hotel was new and very nice and clean. Not a lot of amenities but the room and hotel was nice and spotless. Only a couple cab ride to the Medina and train station. friendly staff and great breakfast! I'd 100 pct stay again

.Mohammed excelled with his customer service skills when dealing with all our requirements. Superb modern hotel. Good choice for evening meals which we had served in our room . An early start meant a lovely packed breakfast. Breakfast in the hotel next morning was outstanding. Highly recommend staying here. Ideal for transport to Chefchaouen

The other is beautiful and clean. Perfect location. The staff is amazing and friendly. We booked our stay for one day but at the end we decided to stay one more day because we felt very comfortable. I must say it was cheaper to booked the hotel directly instead from Expedia. We are pretty satisfied and we will recommend this hotel to family and friends.

Far beyond service!

Best hotel we have stayed in during our 8 day family holiday in Morocco. Service far beyond what one can expect from a hotel. Large rooms, clean, modern and an absolutely fantastic breakfast. When our youngest son forgot his mobile phone in the taxi outside the hotel, the hotel owner immediately jumped into his private car, picked me up and tried to catch up the taxi in chaotic traffic to make it stop. After a few hundred meters he found the taxi and had it return to the hotel. Our son found his mobile phone under a seat. You don't get such service in many hotels in the world!

Above expectations!

From the moment we arrived Dounia was welcoming us with a smile. She ensured our room was ready and all of our needs for a comfortable stay were being met. The room was very clean. The beds were comfortable. We spent two nights and the entire staff was friendly and welcoming both morning and evening. The breakfast offered a lot of variety. The sun was a bit too much in the dining area in the morning and shades would have made it a near perfect visit. I would definitely recommend for comfortable and quality with reasonable price point. Quiet area and short taxi ride to city center. Thanks for the hospitality El Toro staff!

I stayed 1 night at the El Toro hotel. The hotel is very modern, clean and had all of the accomodations you would need (Air conditioning, smart tv, hot water kettle, coffee/tea, mini fridge, safe, extra duvet, many pillows, shampoo and body wash in the shower). Breakfast was included and had a variety of options. The hotel is located in Plaza de Toros. It was not a far walk from the beach, restaurants and shops. Most things were within a 30 minute walk. The staff at the hotel was very friendly and helpful. Mohammed was amazing, he helped me get a ride to the Bus station when I was leaving Tangier for Chefchaouen. Although the hotel is only a 20 minute wall to the CTM bus station, my bag was a bit heavy and I did not want to be late for the bus. I definitely recommend this hotel for a stay in Tangier.

My stay at Hotel El Toro was absolutely excellent! I loved every single part of my week there! The building and the rooms are new, warm, super clean, with modern and functional furniture that made it a pleasure to spend time there also during the day! The location is optimal as you can reach the beach in 15mins on foot and the nearby area is safe with supermarkets and restaurants. The food is delicious, the breakfast is very varied with lots of sweet and savoury options that are perfect to start the day with a good energy! I ate there several times for lunch and dinner as well and all dishes were amazing, fresh and home made. The whole staff is incredibly kind, polite, helpful, attentive and professional! They always helped me when in need for reservation/printing tickets, various requests… Special mention to Duniya, Douaa, Mohammed, Bilal and Adnan for making me feel at home every single day! I suggest everyone to book your stay here, as this will be the best choice for your stay in Tanger! See you the next time! :)

Our hotel experience was in excellent. We enjoyed the hospitality, cleanliness and atmosphere. The breakfast buffet was wonderful and delicious! Their dining options for dinner was also above average and better than what we ate outside. We would definitely book here again when visiting Tangier, Morocco.
