"We loved our stay at Kastel 1700! Nothing like being inside a 1700 year old palace! Great location, close to all the shops, outdoor patios and the Riva promenade. The staff were so friendly and efficient! And the breakfast was great! Highly recommend Kastel 1700!"

So nice to sit outside on our balcony and enjoy the pool and sea views. Also, we had an issue with our bill after we left but management took care of it once explained, can’t ask for more."

"Absolutely brilliant service. We arrived early as had been on a sailing boat and they allowed us to check in around 9. They also allowed us a late check out at noon and the breakfast was one of the best hotel breakfasts I have ever had. Amazing views (although there is some building work ongoing so a bit noisy on the pool deck). Would highly recommend"
