"Overnight stay in Room 117, a bit of a maze to find and a lot of stairs, so if you have any disability, don’t pick that one. Room was clean, comfortable bed, good bathroom facility and quiet. The staff were very friendly and attentive. Breakfast and Evening meal had a good selection and was nicely cooked. Made use of the Indoor Pool, which was very clean and attractive, they use a booking system so it doesn’t get overcrowded."

"Very helpful staff who were very accomodating to suit my dietary needs. Room was nice clean and comfortable. Staff on reception very pleasant on arrival and early departure. 2nd time staying at this hotel and would recommend."

"Friendly staff. Gluten free options. Delicious breakfast. Secure parking ( slightly scary tight turning into it). Cannot find a fault. And real coffee bags in the room which gets 5 stars from me. Lovely market town to wander around "

A really pleasant little hotel, very handy for the Station – just opposite. Staff are extremely friendly "
