"I booked this hotel for a girls trip and we all loved it! We arrived a few hours earlier than our check in and they allowed us to check in our bags while we went to eat and check out Mazatlán. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The hotel itself is very beautiful, the views from the pool are amazing as it’s located right in front of the ocean on the malecón. They have a bar by the pool and one in the lobby as well. The rooms were spacious only complaint would be the floors didn’t seem to have been swept upon arrival. The water pressure for shower head was great along with temperature. Overall I would definitely recommend and would love to stay here again. "
