We always felt safe. Our room was on the same level as the pool (small) but very nice. It was our first trip to Mazatlan & overall it exceeded our expectations. "

"The place was wonderful; however, the communication with those who book the room was horrible. Upon arriving at the spot which I believed to be the hotel, the address given was incorrect, as was the photo. Thank God the folks renting some of the apartments heard my calls and helped me out.
