"The staff is good but speak very limited English, the building has seen better days but the inside is in better shape than the outside. The rooms are clean but not very modern. The location is pretty good for transportation as it is a hub of sorts but I would prefer to stay around chunxi road which is one subway stop away."

Just a little surprised that the Guest service department messed up and sent me an “URGENT” email about me not checking in and failing to make payment after I had already checked in and paid in full with deposit the night before. This should not have happened in a big hotel like Marriott. Otherwise, a great hotel and very pleasing stay!"

On arrival I was very kindly given an upgrade to a suite, it was an older style but a huge space and very comfortable. The view over the street was great to watch. Staff very friendly and helpful, and breakfast had a great selection."
