"Awful experience!!! My husband and I checked in at DoubleTree by Hilton Chengdu - Longquanyi on 9 June. While we were using the lift from 21th floor to Ground floor lobby at night, suddenly the lift(p1) dropped to 14th floor, then dropped to 13th floor again and stopped there. We were stuck in the lift for roughly around 40 minutes. During the period of stuck inside the lift, we both felt unwell and we fearful of our lives, experiencing incomparable pain. "Great location near Chunxi Road and the metro, lots of shopping and food options. The club access is also very convenient with great food options. The staff for both check in and in the restaurant are all very friendly and helpful. My room even had a view of the IFS panda 🐼 can’t fault this hotel, will definitely stay again."
