"The front desk and cleaning staff were great. We loved the breakfast. The laundry machines were useful and convenient you like shopping, the hotel is next door to the Chunxi Road Pedestrian Street and the Chengdu IFS mall."

"The room was clean and comfortable, and the staff were so nice and welcoming. They even gave me a cute local panda plushie as a gift, which was such a sweet surprise! I really appreciated their kindness and had a great stay. Highly recommend!"

"Great breakfast and 5min from metro through Yanlord"

"All good!"

"Everything was great!"

"Nice place, great views & location, lovely host & cats!"

"Excellent stay. From the very beginning, the concierge was welcoming and opened the door from our Didi taxi and lugged our bags towards the elevator. Our room was ready early and in great condition. Room amenities were top notch. All the staff was able to speak a little English and was patient with using a translator mobile app. The breakfast buffet had a large selection and variety and tasted great. The location was pristine as it was near the metro and an underground mini-mall with food...

"It is a beautiful hotel with a great location and friendly staff. The room was nicely decorated and breakfast was tasty."

Our luggages were delivered to our room after about 30 minutes and only after we asked for them. When they were delivered, 3 pieces were...

"Breakfast was ordinary. Tables had mess all over them. Breakfast needed to be topped up it was only 730am and there were only two Overcooked eggs. Selection needs to be better we weren’t impressed."

"The hotel is great. The staff were amazing and so helpful especially Carter who helped us communicate and organize our day with the non english speaking driver we hired for the day. His help was so appreciated and because of him we had a fun sightseeing day. I will recommend this hotel to fellow travelers."

"The personnel in this hotel were so kind and helpful, our room was large with a very comfortable bed and a very modern bathroom. Very clean, very quiet, convenient for shops and restaurants. Highly recommended."

"The hotel was in a good location and walking distance to IFS. I liked that it was one block away and the staff were very lovely. It is a lot less chaotic staying one block away (extra 4 min walk) than right in the centre. The staff were also very pleasant and a lot of nice restaurants to try."

"I had a wonderful stay at this hotel and would highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area. The staff were warm, welcoming, and attentive. My room was clean, comfortable, and well maintained. Everything exceeded my expectations, and I truly appreciated the excellent service."

"Lo unico bueno que es centrico pero es un hotel descuidado"
