Hotel with a Concierge in Santiago Province from SAR 273

"El hotel es nuevo y aun estaba en construcción, el servicio terrible, esperé más de media hora para que encuentren mi reservación, la página no se actualizaba. Las personas no sabían cómo manejar la aplicación porque era una reserva internacional. el servicio a la habitación es pésimo, la cocina es alejada de las habitacionesy la comida me llegó fría, no me dieron limón ni salsa picante, el teléfono no valía para poder llamar y avisar por teléfono a la recepción q el servicio no estaba completo El baño esta mal construido y todo el agua de la ducha se sale al piso del baño y se sale del baño hacia la habitación. Casi me mato de un golpe por qué me resbalé, pedí que lo limpien y solo me dieron toallas para que ponga ahí en el piso y limpie el agua yo mismo que se había salido…terrible, básicamente no vuelvo nunca más"

Best looking staff in Republic. The hotel room was by far the best I have visited. I have stayed at 11 different hotels in DR."
