"This is an old property but appears they are attempting to make some needed upgrades. At night the hotel has no lights or signage if you are on the beach trying to remember where the hotel is. Overall an adequate, clean place and helpful staff. As usual for South America, many families so don’t expect an adults only experience."

"Hotel um pouco abandonado, baratas pelos quartos e onde foi pedido para funcionários do hotel inseticida e não deram a mínima, as 18:00 hs encerram as atividades nas piscinas e como está longe do centro não se tem nada pra fazer dentro do mesmo, onde fica tudo apagado nas áreas das piscinas."

"This hotel is very good! Great location and great staff, only the front desk guy at the check out was kind off rude, I told him that they didn’t put our name at the distem since yesterday and he completely ignore me! No apologies, nothing! The staff at the breakfast and the pool bar area was amazing! Very polite and professional! Great hotel! "
