"Put a do not disturb sign on the door and the maids knocked every morning at 830 like they didn't see it ... I even talked to them directly and told them this wasn't ok and they did again the next morning . I told the front end staff and they shrugged it off . I stay in hotels to relax not get woken up before I'm ready on my holiday . I'm so pissed I'm going to call the manager and freak out . Unbelievable"

"Awesome place enjoyed the stay"

"Nice spacious room, great bed and bedding. Very clean and comfortable. Great location for access to shopping and restaurants. Check in staff was efficient and pleasant. We would not hesitate to recommend this hotel to others and will definitely stay here again."

"We were lookng forward to soaking in the Hot tub only to find out it was out of order!"

"Clean!"

"In the middle of the night, we kept hearing a creaking noise in our room, almost like someone was drilling. At first, I thought it was just a one-time strange noise, but it kept happening every 30 minutes. We were already very tired that day, and the repeated noise made it difficult for us to sleep comfortably. Unfortunately, we only stayed for one night and had to leave early in the morning, so we didn’t have a chance to report or complain about it during our stay."

"No cutlery, no plates. No room service"

"There was a group of young man that were around the entrance into the hotel. It made me very uncomfortable. The night staff wasn't stationed at the desk and I had to call them for help. The shower could have been cleaner there was black hair on the upper area of the shower and it made me wonder what else had been missed."

"The entire hotel including our room were incredibly clean and staff was sooooo friendly and helpful. Breakfast was what you would expect from a continental breakfast."

"we had the family room it was well laid out, beds were awesome, bathroom was great."

"There was no breakfast, there was blood splattered on our bathroom doors, spilt food"
