"Grandvrio was an excellent resort in Da Nang. I was deciding between this resort and the Hyatt Regency, and I am glad I picked Grandvrio. The staff are very attentive to all needs. Welcome drinks and checkout drinks were provided, complimentary. Food was very good with several dining options. Spa services were also great. 200K VND vouchers given for use at the property, which had beach access with shaded areas. Staff spoke English well and were very respectful to guests. I visited the Hyatt for a wedding I had to attend. The property was beautiful, but was very large and lacked the close feel of Grandvrio. I got the feel this is more of a local’s resort, if you are looking for that vibe. "

"Overall great stay in Hoi An! Huge pool which is perfect for before or after sight seeing! Plus a kids pool so the adults pool is quiet. Lemongrass Spa is also lovely and very soothing for a massage. Property also has bikes and is a 10 min walk from the cute streets. Staff are helpful and our room was upgraded. "I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at The Saga Hotel Hoi An. The facility was clean and impeccable, the breakfast was delicious that featured both local specialties. The biggest selling point of this hotel for me was the staff. All the staff were friendly and helpful without being intrusive. My partner loved the complimentary Vietnamese classes during our stay. I enjoyed conversations with the staff about local events specifically and about Vietnam generally. I appreciated that they allowed me to know Hoi An a little better through their own personal experiences. Great job!! The next time I visit Hoi An, The Saga Hotel is where I will stay. "

"Brilliant staff who treat you like family and do all they can to assist. Pretty basic hotel in general with lap pool and restaurant, not like a resort and probably more for older patrons or people just wanting to unwind. But staff are fantastic and location was quiet and very close to the beach. Also gave free passes to the beach club which was a 1 min walk if you did want to go to a larger pool with swim up bar etc All in all very happy"
