"Great hotel in a great location for a visit to Perugia"

"An ideal location in the historic center of Assisi. We had a room with a spacious terrace and panoramic view. The breakfast and cocktail areas also boast beautiful terrace locations and views. Breakfast buffet was ample and delicious. A terrific stay in a classic hotel convenient to everything in upper Assisi."

"Best"

"Gran hotel. Muy norte americano, calidad hilton. Habitaciones amplias; todo funcionaba y el personal muy amable. Estacionamiento con valet!****** Muy recomendable. Gracias ! Adriana México"

"Lots of larger tour groups with large buses stay at this facility while in town to visit Assisi, so the hotel caters to them in the buffet area downstairs all the other guests of the hotel must sit at unassigned tables in the breakfast buffet area. The buffet has lots of choices and plentiful. The room was good, clean and functioning appropriately. The grounds were nice and green with a nice setting on a hillside overlooking the valley. It was a little hard to communicate with the front desk...

"Rooms were sparse but clean. Breakfast was poor. Tables were not cleaned in a timely manner. Great views of the Basilica."

"This location is just between The Basilica of Santa Maria degli Angeli and Basilica of San Francesco d'Assisi along a brick walkway between the two. “De Angeli” is a 15 minute walk flat and San Francesco is a 45 monitor walk all up hill. The hotel offers breakfast which you can book along with your reservation that is bountiful and includes eggs to order. Dinner is available with a reservation which can made the same day. We left the hotel early to drive to Roma and they had a box breakfast...

"Very clean hotel in a great location right on the main street and very near the Basilica of St Francis. Very nice breakfast with hot food. Navigating the interior of the hotel is fairly confusing."

"Struttura datata ma rinnovata con stile "cioccolato so" dalle coperte ai quadri esposti. Negozio al piano terra con vendita di prodotti al cioccolato, zona tranquilla non rumorosa. Parcheggio disponibile in area privata. Stanza pulita (arredi vecchiotti) e bagno grande con vasca e doccia funzionali. Il top del soggiorno però è la colazione. Buffet ricco di ogni cosa possa essere mangiata con il cioccolato, tutto molto buono, sala colazione spaziosa e anche disponibilità di zona salato. Vale il...

"Fantastic"

"Fantastic view of the valley. Rooms were clean, staff was friendly, and when else do you get to stay in a castle?! Roof top access as well, with some tables and chairs for lounging up top, weather permitting. Id give 6/5 stars if I could."

"Struttura molto carina. Camera bella, pulita. Lenzuola ed asciugamani di alta qualità. Avevamo scelto questo relais perché dotato di servizio ricarica auto elettrica ma purtroppo ne siamo rimasti delusi perché trattasi di wallbox per una sola vettura (al nostro arrivo, nel tardo pomeriggio, è rimasta occupata fino la mattina dopo). Non abbiamo trovato in camera l’usuale foglio con le indicazioni sui servizi offerti e orari colazione etc)."

"Personal sumamente atento y servicial. Habitación excelente y hermoso lugar"

"Nice hotel, rooms are a decent size and the bed was comfortable. Breakfast was very good, lots of choice Excellent pool area and ample seating/ sun loungers. Layout of hotel can be a little confusing at first, finding your way down stairs to dinning area but additional signage was put up indicating directions. Hotel appears to do a lot of its business accommodating large coach parties, certainly during our stay so lots of people at breakfast at same time before they go off on trips."

"This property is in a great location, very clean, and features exceptionally comfortable bedding. However, as a converted old monastery, soundproofing is essentially nonexistent. If your room is near the dining area, you'll hear conversations late into the evening. The food was average, and service generally felt a bit unpolished. For remote workers, the internet speed is a major drawback—a large email took over an hour to upload and ended up failing. That said, I am deeply grateful to the...

"Excellent staff and great breakfast!! Located on a steep hill so a little challenging for us old folks. But all of Assisi is very hilly."
