This is an excellent choice for accommodation in Perugia. The suite was lovely with two separate bedrooms, kitchenette with everything you would need, bathroom and even a sauna! Having free laundry facilities on site was a huge bonus while travelling. The location is very central. I would definitely recommend Welchome Suites.

Convenient location quite close to old centre with several supermarkets nearby. The apartment contained a sauna for one and there was a washing machine and dryer in the laundry on the same floor. Apartment includes fridge and induction plate, but no oven or grill. Shower adequate and hairdryer. In general, perfect for a one-week stay.

The room was equipped with everything needed for a very comfortable stay in Centro Storico. I appreciated the fact it had a little kitchenette, large, comfortable bed, washing machine accessible and AC. The location is excellent. You are just around the corner from the most expensive hotels in the historic centre, and everything is walkable. If you have lots of luggage, I would recommend getting a taxi either to the little side street with entry to the building, or if possible, up to Hotel Brufani and then walk down the steps (a very short distance) to the front door instead of taking the mini metro and having to walk the cobble stone streets all the way there! The host was lovely and I can't wait for my next stay.

Couldn’t be a better location - right off of the piazza parking in centro. Apartment is nice and modern. We used the sauna a couple of time while there - felt like a spa. Super clear video instructions on getting into the apartment.

Excellent location. Room very nice indeed. Unfortunately the placement of the AC unit, which was intermittently louder than it should've been, meant that even on low speed air was blasted up my nose all night. This made sleeping very difficult as the AC is obviously non negotiable in the August heat. Did have an issue with communication. Check in was fine but the listing said an iron was available on request. I asked about this on the WhatsApp group they shared with us and nobody answered. That was disappointing. For exploring Perugia, it's incredible.

Lovely clean apartment, 2 bedrooms, bathroom, sauna and kitchenette. Central location, close to cafes, restaurants etc. Easy access to bus station fir local areas but also Rome, Naples, Bologna, airport bus etc

We stayed here on 2 occasions, in 2 different rooms. Both were to a very high standard. Very clean and comfortable. I would definitely stay again and I will recommend to everyone coming to Perugia. It is also in a fantastically convenient location for the town centre.

Nicely situated place, right on the edge of the old center. Note that you can drop your stuff but you do need to park approx 15min away. Not a big problem but just be warned. There was some late night (motos and loud-talking neighbors) and early morning street noise (garbage truck and/or street cleaners) and seems like there is little to no noise isolation on the windows. The curtains don’t fully cover the windows either so lots of light. As a light sleeper, this wasn’t great. If none of that bothers you, you’ll be great.
