So good to see ongoing paintings of all sizes and contemporary styles in the rooms and hallways. Stephen at the front desk was very helpful and knowledgeable - a delightful person. "

"The man who checked us in was amazing and then the rest of the staff after that were not very helpful. The manager was quite rude. We were staying in Melbourne for a national swim meet and my son has special dietary needs, I struggled to be able to cook him a couple of pieces of toast in the morning. The person on the last day of our stay refused, we felt like an inconvenience even though the place was almost empty. The rooms were awesome but the rest was a let down."
