"Lovely and well decorated hotel and room. Every amenity well catered for. Loved the rituals toiletries and excellent shower area. Location was perfect in old town Saumur, everything in walking distance. Parking by owner quick and convenient. Would stay again. "

"This is an excellent choice for seeing Saumur. It is in an old building with a lot of character. My room was large, with wooden beamed ceiling, tall windows that opened, and a limestone fireplace I wish I had in my home. Ensuite had shower and had plenty of space. Bed was comfortable. "This is a very attractive hotel in a lovely setting, in the town of Montreuil-Bellay. The facilities are very good, but a restaurant for evening would be a definite bonus. However, the hotel is only a few steps from restaurants. Excellent breakfast.The staff are very pleasant and helpful. We enjoyed our visit."

"AIR CONDITIONNING SET TO 24DegC. Too hot! Because of flying bugs, we couldnt open the window, so we had to sweat. At night, the walk from the car park to the hotel is in the total obscurity. No solar powered light installed for the guest's security. These 2 issues are easy to fix."
