"When I called them to arrange an early check-in someone picked up the phone, said sth in Portuguese and hung up on me. Then I tried to message them and the response was come here and I will be given a room if available, but nothing about charging extra. When I went there I was charged 0.5 day for getting into the room 4 hours earlier, something that doesn't cost the hotel anything.
