"Perfect for what we needed…a spot very close to the wedding we traveled to attend. Parisian decorations, thoughtful touches, cleanliness, handwritten notes throughout the little area gave it a personal feel. If you like being immersed in places that clearly have history, this 1860 property is what you’re looking for. The owners are, as one note stated, constantly upgrading, and the space is still being worked on…but for the price and location, just what we wanted."

"A fly swatter will be great. There were a lot of flies and we kept doors closed, except for going in and out. All of the rooms were clean and bed so comfy but watch your toes. Middle post on beds, caught our toes/feet a couple times."

"We had a wonderful time, the host was very helpful and friendly. The view of the Lake was beautiful and the many visits to the Golden State Park and Marina were enjoyed by myself and the dogs. We also visited the Yates Town Park which was just down the road a short drive. My husband and son went fishing and came back to a warm and cozy cottage! We loved it!!!"
