"The staff, accommodations, settings, cleanliness and communal restaurant continue to be a plus consistently as we stayed in 2013, 2014, 2022 and 2023. At times overcrowding was an issue. This last stay was marred by unacceptable construction noise on bloc 2, story 2. I had to speak to workers and at the desk that not even informing guests of this more than hour long din was just checked unacceptable. "

"Breakfast is almost not existing, heating system broke at night & woke up on AC blowing cold air when the nights were 0 degrees! No hot water in the morning, electrical plugs falling off the walls. Hotel needs a serious renovation!"

"The food was excellent and there is a nice patio with a pool. Sketchy area. Rooms need more outlets to charge devices."

"Pros: friendly, clean everything included, great facilities. Cons: staff are forgetful (they forgot about preparing breakfast which we requested and we starved on the way to the airport), the on-sit bar plays clubbing music very loud all night, wifi in the room is poor, laundry service ruined my clothes which we complained and they said they can’t do anything about (not even a refund for the service), there’s absolutely nothing around here hotel. "

"Customer service needs work. They seem to have an idea of what 5 stars looks like, but can't seem to execute it. Things were missing from the room (towels, hair dryer) and it took hours to get them. In 3 days our room was never cleaned, though we requested it several times and were assured "right away". No mini bar, no coffee maker or kettle. We moved to a different hotel for the remainder of our stay, and it ended up being cheaper and better."

"hard to find with no sign anywhere. but it s perle oriental. appartement is spacious and clean. a little worn down with humidity.No toiletries. but you forget all the details to enjoy the sunset and sunrise from the balcony. looking forward to my next visit"
