"I’ve stayed at this property over 12 years ago and it’s safe to say it hasn’t upgraded or downgraded. It’s just an overall good place to stay when you’re on the outskirts of Toronto downtown."

"Our room was excellent jacuzzi room river view 5 th floor we have very good view of falls and nightly fire works. We were there five days only had enough towels for one had to go every day to get some. Ran out of toilet paper had to wait to 530pm before we go more. No daily room service. Coffee only in main lobby but easy access and good quality. Would go back but would bring personal items like soap and shampoo etc. "
