"Nos sentimos muy cómodos, Santiago es muy atento. El desayuno muy rico, la alberca grande y de buena temperatura. El hotel increíble, con muchas áreas verdes y cerca de la playa. La cuna de mi bebé estaba muy dura y no pudo dormir ahí (hay colchones por Amazon que cuestan $800 sería una buena inversión ;) ) de ahí en fuera todo muy muy bien! "

"This is a great property...... many Canadian people stay here..... They all come back year after year. Everything is right there.... Beach club on santa cruz Beach with a shuttle that we could never manage to catch.... we just took a cab for 35 pesos instead. Very fun place to stay. Would highly recommend. "

"We enjoyed the pool but we were sad because the slide was only open at a certain time and mostly closed. Our room was nice but we didn’t enjoy walking up the stairs when the washer and dryers were on because it was so hot in that area."
