"Everything was perfect for me"

"The breakfast was good & it was a hot breakfast daily. They had drinking bottled water to refill our water bottle in the dining room & the tons we're very clean. They didn't have face towels & only 1 hand towel per room. When I asked for a 2nd towel, I was told only 1 per room!?! 😳 "What?" Front desk said they'd ask & get me one. Didn't get one.... bottom line, had to ask 3x & get it from the front desk. The next day after housekeeping, it was gone! I didn't try to get another one! Too...

"The people who work there are very polite and if you need help they are glad to help. Wasn’t happy in the building , for the repairs they doing a lot of noise also the need to work on the cleaning of the rooms."

"Not enough staff members to take care of guests. I was using my portable speaker (small) by the pool (not loud at all ) and security asked me to turn it off (per general manager). Never experienced this before in any other hotel. "
