This was the hotel I always thought looked nice from the outside and always wanted to stay there if I was ever to come back to Nottingham. It did not disappoint. The food in the restaurant was also excellent and a good range to choose from. Overall this would be one of the better Hotels we have stayed in on our 5 week road trip around the UK."

"Super convenient as just opposite the station. Also has just the nicest hotel bar to sit and have a drink in. Room was fine. Downside is no private bathroom, but obviously I knew that before booking and the shared bathrooms were no problem in that was always vacant when I wanted to use it. Would definitely stay there again when next I visit Nottingham "

"All of the staff, from reception and in the bar and breakfast are excellent as are the rooms and hotel but the food at night is 1star, I've stayed a couple of times and numerous items on the menu are not available and when served the quality of food is really poor and expensive. Breakfasts are very good and lots of fresh food available. A real shame about the evening food. A good reason to eat out."

Bloody brilliant stay
"The staff, and locals made me feel so welcome. I stayed overnight for business and was perfect. As a single female I was doubtful, but wow I was blown away with the kindness of all. Room was spacious, comfy bed, bedroom and bathroom was spotless. I would definitely stay again. Car park is safe. They are also dog friendly which in my eyes is 10 out of 10. The food arrived piping hot, and home cooked. "
