"Everything I required was in the room, ironing board, hairdryer and a good assortment of teas etc. Very clean and well presented room with comfortable bed. Only improvement I would suggest is having curtains in the bathroom. Presently there is a blind but my room was right on the road, it was very quiet but the orange street light came through the blinds, hence the suggestion of adding curtains. Very nice overall stay. Thank you."

"This place really grew on me. Once I got into the swing of things, I found the stay getting better and better each day. There were a few initial issues contacting the host, but thankfully they did respond, and I realised that the check-in details had actually been sent in an earlier email. As the stay went on, I also noticed more of the thoughtful little touches in the apartment — complimentary tea, coffee and milk, a good-quality iron and ironing board, and a well-equipped kitchen. My initial impressions were definitely surpassed, and I would happily stay here again. The apartment was spotlessly clean, with good-quality towels, pillows and bedding. I did think a couple of smaller towels for hand use and for the floor outside the shower would have been useful. There was also a slight sewer-type smell from the bathroom initially, although this disappeared after running the water and wasn’t an ongoing problem. The main downside was the parking. There are spaces behind the property, but they are quite difficult to get in and out of. On my first day, I actually had to wait for another car to move before I could get out. On the second night, I parked on the nearby gravel area and fully expected to receive a ticket, so I was pleased that didn’t happen. My final minor gripe was that a tradesman’s vehicle was parked directly in front of the apartment and remained there overnight. It wasn’t a major issue, but it would obviously have been nicer to have the view of the road rather"

"Lovely safari tent in a convenient and peaceful setting. Incredibly handy for National Water sports centre. Bed was comfy, great having separate rooms too. Worth noting that although there are toilets close by, the only showers are at the far end of the campsite so a few minutes walk away. Tent had a mini fridge and an electric kettle, but no gas hob or pans / crockery / cutlery / cups etc so need to take your own if planning on any cooking / hot chocolates etc."

The yard had wonderfully scented flowers and the washer was much needed at this point in our trip. If we are back in the area, we will absolutely stay again!"
