"The property boasts a beautiful view and is part of a new construction, which made everything feel fresh and modern. The air conditioning worked perfectly, and the space was generous—with a roomy kitchen, large bedrooms, a spacious family room, and a wide deck to enjoy the scenery. The internet was fast, and ceiling fans throughout the home added to the comfort, especially on warmer days. One of the standout features was how quiet the location was—great for relaxing or getting work done. The host was outstanding—they went above and beyond by personally walking me through the property to explain how everything worked, pointing out local attractions, dropping me off at the car rental agency, and being very responsive whenever I had questions or concerns. It’s rare to find such a committed and thoughtful host. On top of all this, the price was excellent compared to similar properties in the area. There are a few things to be aware of. The water has a moderate sulfur smell/taste, which is not uncommon in some areas but might take getting used to. The access road for the last quarter mile is quite rough—small cars may have difficulty with clearance, so I’d strongly recommend a rental car with higher ground clearance. Additionally, the nearest grocery stores and bars are not within walking distance, so having a vehicle is essential. "We had an incredible stay at this beautiful property. Everything was thoughtfully maintained and absolutely stunning. The view is truly breathtaking, and the home offers all the comfort and amenities you could need. We are leaving with wonderful memories and can’t wait to come back. The only suggestion we have is that adding a generator would make it even better, as the island experienced a couple of power outages during our stay. Thank you for an unforgettable experience!"

"The house was beautiful and the views were breathtaking. Loved all the sea turtles that came to see us multiple times a day. The house was clean and well appointed with everything we could need for our stay. Unfortunately, the weather was yucky for our stay but we made the best of it and still had a great trip. We had 3 couples and we were celebrating 2- life long best friends turning 50. We loved having a golf cart to get around but if we had to do over we would probably have rented a car too so we could explored a little more of the area. The owners were super helpful and quickly answered any questions we had. The property manager Jackie was great and also owns a taxi company so we arranged several trips with him during our stay and picked us up at airport and took a us by grocery store on way to house. Jackie and his team were very kind and shared lots of stories about the island. All the locals were very friendly and welcoming. We would def recommend staying ant Palms n Paradise and if you are into boating they have a great dock just steps from the back door. "

"This villa is literally right on the beach! Just about 20-30 steps away. Ivan's unit had everything we needed and more for our stay, and the location and views can't be beat. Ivan was always very helpful and we felt right at home. We'll definitely be coming back to one of the best beaches in the world!"
