Hotel with a Concierge in Norfolk from SAR81

"Fantastic hotel, clean, quiet and the spa facilities included were a great touch. Staff were friendly and the options for food was great. We had room service and could chose food from the pub and resturant too. Hotel entrace has no signage though so i got confused which building to go to. We stopped to visit sandringham and castle ridings which was just down the road. "

"Stayed for 2 nights beginning of May in a deluxe room, allocated room 2 which is lovely, comfortable, very spacious, with four poster bed, seating area and huge bathroom with a bath and a shower. Great views from both rooms of the sea and gardens. There is a disadvantage of this as it also facing the bar terrace area so if people are quiet and respectful all good, but could be an issue if not. "I loved the swimming pool as well as the hot tub. Lovely place. It was just hot in my bedroom, maybe perfect for the winter. Air conditioning would do for the warmer seasons. "
