"The apartment was nice and spacious. However only two towels were provided for 4 people, upon asking for more we received back a message to say there was more in the cupboard unfolded. These towels were dirty with stains on them. The apartment was quite dusty and bathrooms were not the cleanest, the owner of the property explained the cleaners were busy however offered no apology. Upstairs noises all night, and had to shut windows as outside traffic and noise from neighbours. "

"One of the most unforgettable experiences lately, room was newly renovated, very comfortable and had an amazing view to the college courtyard. "The family room was spacious, which was great for our stay. However, we were not aware in advance that there is no lift, which may be inconvenient for some guests. The room was clean, but the furniture appears quite dated and could benefit from refurbishment. We were also surprised to find that there was no proper shower head in the bathroom. In addition, the hot water supply was insufficient, as it was only enough for two people to shower."
