"The staff was confused when I got there, could not find my booking which I paid for in full online with credit card. They were unaware that Expedia is associated with hotels.com. Also, upon arrival I had to pay an additional 1000 baht deposit for key. This was not mentioned online and is something the customer should be notified of."

"this hotel is a very good hotel, clean, free coffee 24/7 free breakfast every morning, cheerful courteous staff. however it is somewhat off the beaten path. there is a resto, opposite hotel, great food and cheap, but they do not speak much English and the menu is only in Thai. I did have a great bowl of tum yum kung soup, and a sprite for lest then 100 baht. also as you exit the building go to your right, and walk a bit over 100 meters and there is a really great Resto. called Ossa, it is on the...
