Hotel with a Concierge in Negros Occidental from SAR 65

"The hotel is nice and close to everything. However, the elevator stinks, and parking is in a dark alley."

"From the moment that we arrived there was no assistance with baggage and waited 20 minutes for front desk staff to check is in. This was a clear sign of what was to come but, oh it gets better. Reserving the family suite was disappointing as well. 2 single mattresses put together to make a queen bed is actually smaller than a double bed and extra mattresses were P800 each. The bathroom was small and no hot water is available. In the description it states there's a restaurant on site...
