"The room is nice and clean with comfortable bed, good working a/c, hot water is working well and good breakfast. There is a nearby store where we bought additional bottled water. The hotel is a few minutes walk to the cathedral and the mall. For transportation, Grab is readily available using the app and we pay in cash. Will surely book this hotel again. "

"This is a great place to stay and the staff are excellent. Only downside is you have to have transport for shopping but the will happily get it for you. Clean, safe, attractive faciliities and reasonably priced. I will definitely be back!"

"The staffs are not rude but poor customer service. I booked the room for my mom and kids to rest because of power outage but end up getting upset during check in as they we're told that they have to pay for the pool access. "
